In twentieth Century 80 years， School University Partnership has become an important characteristic of the times of teacher education. As a pioneer of this practice， American accumulated a lot of experience in University and partnership building schools， but there are some mistakes shortcomings. This paper reviews the development course of American University and partnership schools， on the basis of the interpretation and analysis of the factors in the formation of this partnership. This approach USA， for the University and in the school education teaching and research partnership schools provide many useful references to the construction of our country.
