中文摘要 | 從「知識經濟」到「創意經濟」,人力素質是社會發展的關鍵力量。根據統計,2011年臺灣從事文化創意產業的人數已達17萬人,有逐年上升的趨勢。教育是推動「創意產業」的動能,擁有越多具有文化創意的人才,越有助於文化創意產業的發展。本文藉由文化創意產業定義與發展之探討,進行文化創意人才之界定,再進一步探討臺灣大專校院人才培育的現況。最後,針對政府行政機關、文化創意產業業者與教育機構提出人才培育的策略建議。 |
英文摘要 | Manpower quality is the key force in “knowledge economy” and “creative economy”. In 2011, more than 170,000 people are employed in the cultural and creative industries, and the number is increasing with times. Education is essential for promoting the creative economy, and it facilitates the development of the cultural and creative industries. Relying on the definitions and development of these industries, this essay explores the factors and limits of cultural and creative talents. Subsequently, we discuss the establishment of academic institutions of cultural and creative industries in Taiwan, and suggest strategies on talent development for concerned government organizations, companies, and educational institutions. |
