中文摘要 | 高齡化社會的來臨,運用高齡人力資源於教育領域有其可行性,「代間學習」即為實施途徑之一。本研究為高雄市長青中心高齡薪傳者與兒童所進行之代間學習,以錄影觀察、高齡者訪談、兒童焦點團體訪談等方式蒐集研究資料。研究目的在探討高齡世代與兒童世代之間的互動與學習歷程。研究發現:(一)情感互動有助於代間關係的發展;(二)高齡者薪傳策略呈現「積極引導」和「順其自然」的差異;(三)世代之間的知識流動具有互惠性;(四)高齡者的溝通表達,影響代間的互動;(五)代間學習有助於兒童改變對高齡者的刻板印象。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the process of intergenerational learning between elders as transmitters and their young learners . That results showed that:(1)The sentiment among elders and learners developed the intergenerational relationship. (2)The difference existed between the “active guiding” transmission strategy and the “leading in accordance with its natural tendency” strategy. (3)The knowledge mobility between two generations was reciprocal.(4)The communication sophistication of elders also made different influences on intergenerational interaction .(5)The young learners changed their stereotype toward elders through intergenerational learning. |
