《論語》「唯女子與小人」章之詮釋說法析評

Exploration of the Hemeneutics in Analect 17.25

《論語．陽貨》記載孔子發表對女性地位的一段言論：「唯女子與小人為難養也，近之則不孫，遠之則怨。」這段話透露出孔子對女性的看法，並影響後世深遠。然而近代有學者提出質疑，並綜合各方面資料欲推求出孔子說這番言論的本意，也出現各種詮釋說法。而本文在哲學詮釋學的影響之下，否定能夠藉由文本推求作者完整意圖，於是不擬再探求孔子的本意，而臚列歷代各種具代表性或特殊性的詮釋說法，分析其詮釋特色。並針對現代以孔子本意為探討目的的詮釋，提出三種驗證方法以論斷其說之有效性。

The Analects of Confucius. Yang goods “Confucius records released a statement on the status of women:” Women and the villain is also difficult to support， not near the Sun， much of the blame. This passage reveals Confucius's view of women， and far-reaching impact on future generations. However， modern scholars have questioned， and comprehensive information on all aspects of Confucius want to inquire the remarks that the original intent， and thus the emergence of various interpretation of the argument. Philosophical hermeneutics in this paper under the influence of the negative to the author by the full text inquire intention， so do not intend to further explore the intention of Confucius， and sets out the history of representative or special interpretation argument， and analyze the interpretation of the characteristics. And Confucius for the modern interpretation of the purpose intended for the study， proposed three ways to verify that the validity of his thesis.
