So it is necessary. Meanwhile， this system is feasible because of possessing institutional updating space and international paradigm. Of course， student repetition system in the stage of compulsory education should insist on voluntary paid. on the one hand， The system need to stick to voluntary and paid principle; on the other hand， It is investigating and studying student repetition appeals， optimizing academic evaluation system and strengthening repetition quality monitoring system in order to preventing to dissimilate student repetition system.
