英文摘要 | At the present, more and more teachers and parents call for implementing student repetition system in the stage of compulsory education. This system is not only the institutional basis of carrying out “teach students in accordance of their aptitude”, but also can be regarded as the institutional guarantee of implementing “control dropout and keep learning”. So it is necessary. Meanwhile, this system is feasible because of possessing institutional updating space and international paradigm. Of course, student repetition system in the stage of compulsory education should insist on voluntary paid. on the one hand, The system need to stick to voluntary and paid principle; on the other hand, It is investigating and studying student repetition appeals, optimizing academic evaluation system and strengthening repetition quality monitoring system in order to preventing to dissimilate student repetition system. |
