中文摘要 | 學校課程發展是以學校為研究基地,慎思熟慮考量學校實際發展需要,激發教師課程與教學的專業能力,促進學校課程革新。行動研究是用於教育實務工作情境中,根據實務上所遭遇到的瓶頸進行研究,並研擬解決的策略及方法,透過一步一腳印、實際地付出行動執行,改善學習情境,進而評鑑、回饋、省思、再修正的循環歷程。職是之故,本文首先探討行動研究的內涵,進而闡述教師從事行動研究與教師專業發展的面向,並分析課程發展與行動研究之關係,最後論述教師行動研究及其在學校課程發展之啟示。 |
英文摘要 | A school is a base in school-based curriculum development and teachers need to be encouraged to conduct deliberation and action research in the process of school curriculum development. In this article, the authors argue that school teachers could apply action research to explore curriculum theory and practice in the process of school curriculum development. In particular, the authors argue the importance of action research first. Second, the authors in this paper explore the content of teacher professional development. Furthermore, curriculum development is used to assist curriculum developers diagnose curricular needs and enhance teachers’ professional development. Finally, conclusions and suggestions are proposed to promote professional development of teachers and teachers’ action research in the process of school curriculum development. |
