中文摘要 | 學校教師是課程決定的主體,也是課程決定的最重要實踐者。課程決定是學校教育政策的一環,涉及學生在學校教育的歷程中,提供學生有效的生活學習經驗,經由教師實際參與課程決定的情形,提昇學校優質的教育品質。透過課程決定之研究,可以培育教師邁向專業發展的途徑及解決教育現場所面臨的實際問題,同時廣納師生及社區家長參與,發揮吾汝親師關係,進而促進教師鄉土教學品質的有效提昇。 |
英文摘要 | School teachers are the subjects of curriculum decision-making, and are also the most important implementers of curriculum decision-making. Curriculum decision- making is a part of education policies of schools, which involve providing students with effective life learning experiences in their educational process at schools. Teachers participate in curriculum decision-making to elevate the educational quality of schools. Through research of curriculum decision-making, it is possible to cultivate teachers in their pursuit of professional development and solve the actual problems at educational sites. At the same time, teachers, students, and school district parents should be incorporated to realize the I-Thou relationship with teachers, to praxis the direction of school teachers’ indigenous education curriculum decision-making. |
