中文摘要 | 1998 年以後,隨著Seligman 組織成為有系統的正向心理學,正向的討論議題逐漸增加,其中包含寬恕的研究。本研究旨在探討Enright 與他的心理團隊發展的「社會認知發展模式」、「社會歷程模式」之中,所強調個體在人際關係的互動中,受到負面傷害而進行轉化的正向心理反應,對社會人際關係有效的解決策略。本研究目的即是以實例介紹,藉由受訪者親身的寬恕歷程,能喚醒曾遭遇困境或心懷愧疚的人們,讓寬恕來協助治癒所有的創傷。本研究以個案訪談的方式進行,研究者在2012 年3月開始到2012 年6 月結束,總共進行10 次訪談,每次平均2 小時之長。研究者發現訪談、傾聽就是一種恩寵,得以見證受訪者心靈轉化,從羞恥感而帶來覺悟(領悟從前的過失、理解寬恕的漸進過程)提升心理健康。正向人格特質是每個人都可以擁有的,只要有心去改變自己,寬恕是可以學習的,會產生積極正向的結果並體認生命邁向圓滿。 |
英文摘要 | Since 1998 when Seligman organized the system of positive psychology, the discussions of positive issues have increased, including the research of forgiveness. This research focuses on the investigation of two models developed by Enright and his group. In social cognitive developmental model and social processing model, individuals encountering psychological impacts in interpersonal relationships will offer a positive mental response which is a solution to societal interpersonal relationships. The purpose of this research is based on the cases of forgiveness of surveying candidates, people encountering psychological impacts who were healed by forgiveness. This research contains 10 interviews, and each one lasts 2 hours, from March to June in 2012. The researcher that surveyed candidates can be purified by telling and listening, therely increasing their mental health through granting forgiveness for their shame or humiliation. Everyone is capable of having positive personality as long as he/she looks at the bright side. Besides, learning to forgive can trigger a positive response and realize the aspiration in life. |
