中文摘要 | 本研究採取匯合取向,藉由階層線性模式以三層次角度來探討學校層次(學校創新氣氛)、教師層次(教師創造力教學)以及學生層次(動機)對創造力表現的影響。本研究採用自編量表與創造力測驗,經43所學校、333位教師、3,330位學生的問卷資料分析後發現以下四點結論:第一,學生的內在動機、教師的創造力技能及校長鼓勵對學生的創造力表現具有直接影響效果。第二,創造力技能在內、外在動機與創造力表現間扮演不同的調節效果。第三,學校鼓勵對於教師創造力教學行為具有直接影響效果。第四,校長鼓勵、資源充分、以及學習成長扮演重要的調節效果。 |
英文摘要 | With confluence approaches, this study, from the aspect of three levels, discussed the effects of school (school innovation climate), teachers (creativity teaching), and students (motivation) on the performance of creativity through hierarchical linear model. This study used the self-developed scale and creativity test, and haved questionnaire analyses on 43 schools with 333 teachers and 3,330 students. Four conclusions were drawn: First, the internal motivation of students, the creative skills of teachers, and the encouragement from the principal to the creativity of students presented direct effects on student creativity; second, creative skills played various moderation effects on internal and external motivation and the performance of creativity, third, the encouragement from the school to teachers' creative instructions appeared direct influence, and fourth, the encouragement from the principal, sufficient resources, and learning to grow played important roles in moderation effects. |
