中文摘要 | 本文旨在論述草根媒體的解放與賦權,如何彰顯主體性的價值與營造社會實踐的行動場所。隨著網路科技的近用普及,改變媒體傳播的途徑,個體從被動囤積的資訊消費者,轉化為自主互動的知識生產者;網路無守門人的審查制度更打破定於一尊的思想知識,讓草根與弱勢群眾的聲音得以還原顯露。從主體性的層面來看,草根媒體是以人為主的發聲文本,有助於自我認同的建構肯定、批判反思的意識覺醒,創造個性自由的個人媒體。從社會實踐的層面而言,草根媒體有助於社群的互動對話,在互信平等的氣氛中合作、分享與創新,進而提供民主的論述機會與實踐的行動力量。 |
英文摘要 | This article aims to discuss on the liberation and empowerment of grassroots media. The role of grassroots media is how to demonstrate the subjectivity and create a space of social practice. With the popularity of Internet technology, communication channels have been changed. Individual transformed from the information consumers into producers of knowledge, from passive accumulation into self-construction. The lack of gatekeepers on the network, the grassroots people can voice and the ideas transform from monism into pluralism. Perspectives from microscopic, grassroots media is a human-based text to build positive self-identity and consciousness. Perspectives from macroscopic, grassroots media promote the interactive dialogue, cooperation, sharing and innovation; grassroots media provides a democratic forum and a space of social practice. |
