By structuring ＂one-to-one＂ China-Africa inter-school cooperation mode，\＂the 20 + 20 China-Africa inter-university cooperation plan＂ promotes the multilevel，multidiscipline，multiform of China-Africa higher education exchange and cooperation. ＂The 20 + 20 China-Africa inter-university cooperation plan＂ is an innovation of theory and practice mode in international educational development cooperation，it plays a dual role in improving the ability of African higher education and promoting the internationalization of Chinese higher education. Summarizing and perfecting the implementation experience of ＂the 20 + 20 China-Africa inter-university cooperation plan＂ will be of great importance in establishing a comprehensive China-Africa education exchange and cooperation mechanism.
