英文摘要 | The China-Africa education cooperation mode has gradually changed from single-acting aid to interactive- acting cooperation and communication system after sixty years' adjustment and deepening. By structuring "one-to-one" China-Africa inter-school cooperation mode,\"the 20 + 20 China-Africa inter-university cooperation plan" promotes the multilevel,multidiscipline,multiform of China-Africa higher education exchange and cooperation. "The 20 + 20 China-Africa inter-university cooperation plan" is an innovation of theory and practice mode in international educational development cooperation,it plays a dual role in improving the ability of African higher education and promoting the internationalization of Chinese higher education. Summarizing and perfecting the implementation experience of "the 20 + 20 China-Africa inter-university cooperation plan" will be of great importance in establishing a comprehensive China-Africa education exchange and cooperation mechanism. |
