中文摘要 | 近年来,在千年发展目标和全民教育框架的推动下,越来越多的国际组织开始关注教育领域,并发布了 一系列有影响力的教育政策报告。这些政策报告除了关/主传统的基础教育、弱势群体教育外,学前教育、职业教育、教师教育等领域也受到越来越多的重视,并呈现出以下几点共同的趋势:呼吁加大教育投入,倡导多元融资及合理分配,强调教育质量第一,重视全方位评价;关注师资短缺问题,引领教师专业发展。这些趋势对于我国更好地理解国际组织的教育政策,融入国际教育交泥的平台有重要的启示。 |
英文摘要 | Promoted by the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs)and the EFA framework,the growing number of international organizations join in the field of education,and have published influential reports m recent years In addition to traditional focuses on basic education and the education of vulnerable groups,pre-school education,vocational education and teacher education have caught more and more attention,and shown the following trends• 1) more investment in education,diverse financing and rational allocation are appealed;2)the quality of education and all-round evaluation are stressed; 3 )teacher shortages are concerned,and the professional development of teachers are advocated We believe that bettei understanding of these trends will provide us with more enlightenment for integration into the international education exchange platform |
