中文摘要 | 随着经介全球化的逐步推进,各国之间交往及相互依赖不断加深,越来越多的国家和地区意识到跨文化能力在国际交往中发挥着重要作用。探索跨文化能力已成为教育领域所关注的研究主题。本文在国内外相关研究的基础之上,从三个维度对跨文化能力的分类进行提炼和归纳。并依据对跨文化能力的分类,提出对于跨文化能力的培养,既要关注跨文化能力的结构,分别培养在跨文化交/瓦中所需要的各种能力;也要在培养的过程中关注跨文化能力的主体,将跨文化能力作为整体进行培养。 |
英文摘要 | Research on intercultural competence (IC) has raised many researchers1 interests as a result of in-depth internationalization and communication between different cultures This paper analyzes classifications of IC in three different perspectives, which are traditional “trichotomy” perspective, binary classifications based on different dimensions,and individual as the subject perspective History and development of research on it also reveals these classifications Two ways of IC cultivation are then proposed One is based on IC construction,making the competence improved through different sub-competences cultivation, the other concentrates on individual development of the competence Actually,both ways should be considered in the practice of IC cultivation |
