中文摘要 | 前言:不同運動選手冠狀面動態站姿平衡控制機轉的相關研究探討,尚未明確的釐清。本研究意旨使用不穩定平衡台產生的晃動刺激,探求不同運動選手動態平衡的差異,為何?方法:受試對象以某大學女性健康非選手(n=10)、手球(n=10)及籃球選手(n=10),共30名。每位受試者接受10次的動態站姿平衡量測。平衡檯左右傾斜角度為25度,並於檯前3公尺處架設一台高速攝影機(SONY-HDR-CX520V),以記錄平衡維持時間(balance keeping time, BKT)與擷取平衡板角度的變化值(deg./s)。獲得結果加以理數演算,求得角速度之均方根值(root mean square, RMS)後,以皮爾遜積差相關法,考驗各組間BKT與角速度間的關係。以單因子變異數分析考驗組間有無不同,及使用杜凱法事後比較(Tukey' smethod),考驗各組間BKT、角速度變化值的差異性。顯著水準設定為α=.05。結果:(1)手球選手的BKT(2.73±0.51秒),較籃球(2.09±0.38秒)及非選手(1.20±0.44秒)佳,且達顯著的差異(p |
英文摘要 | Purpose: Dynamic standing balance of athletes on frontal plane while standing on a seesaw - like platform remains unexplained. This study aimed to use an unstable platform to explore the differences of dynamic balance between handball players and basketball players on frontal plane. Methods: Thirty healthy female collegiate students were divided into three groups as non - athletes (n=10), handball players (n=10), and basketball players (n=10). Each subject was asked to stand on an unstable platform barefoot and to receive ten dynamic standing balance tests. The incline degree of the platform was set at 25 degrees from horizontal plane on both sides. In order to record the balance keeping time (BKT) and the change of angular velocity (deg/s), a high - speed camera (SONY - HDR - CX520V) was installed 3 meters in front of the platform. This study used one - way ANOVA to compare the differences of root mean square (RMS) calculate d from BKT and angular velocity.
