中文摘要 | 为探讨五步微技能教学法在骨科临床实习教学中的作用及其相对于传统教学模式的优越性,我们将84 名临床医学专业学生随机分为实验组和对照组分别进行教学,实习完后进行试题测验和ACGME六大核心能力评估。结果显示,实验组的试题测验成绩中病案分析部分成绩优于对照组,实验组的ACGME六大核心能力评估中对病人的照顾能力、以实践为基础的学习与工作改进能力、以医疗服务系统为基础的执业能力以及人际与沟通技能这四个核心技能优于对照组。因此,五步微技能教学法在骨科临床实习教学中是一种高效且合乎教育教学目的的教学策略,是一种值得推广的教学方法。 |
英文摘要 | In order to analyze the application of five-step micro-skill method to orthopedic clinical practiceteaching and its superiority over traditional teaching modes,the study randomly divides 84 clinical medicalstudents into experimental group and control group during their internship. Examination and ACGME six coreabilities assessment are then carried out after the internship. The experimental group shows a higher grade than thecontrol group in medical record analysis during the examination. Among ACGME six core abilities, theexperimental group shows a higher grade than the control group in four aspects, namely the ability to take care ofpatients, the ability to learn and improve based on practice, vocational ability based on medical service system, aswell as interpersonal communication skill. Five -step micro -skill teaching proves to be an effective teachingstrategy in accordance with educational objectives in orthopedic clinical practice. Therefore, it is a teaching methodwell worth promoting. |
