：MOOC课程在线完全开放，资源由用户自组织，在国际上得到了学习者与教师的普遍认可。在当前国内微课盛行，而微课资源网站较少的现状下，以MOOC课程建设理念设计微课网站，有益于微课的普及与深入应用。文章吸取MOOC课程建设的特点，设计了适合高校建设的开放性强、交互灵活、功能全面的微课资源网站。

A massive open online course (MOOC) is an online course aiming at large-scale interactive participation and open access via the web. In the world， it has got general recognition of the learners and teachers. Today the microcourse is prevailing， but the relative site is very less in China. It is conducive to popularization and application of micro course， based on MOOC idea to design microcourse site. Based on MOOC idea， the paper designed a microcourse site which is characterized by completely open， flexible interaction and perfect function.
