Technology Enhanced Education Reform——Analysising the Development from Digital Education to Smart Education in Haidian District

文章结合海淀区教育发展现状，通过对海淀区从数字校园到智慧校园、从数字教育到智慧教育发展的探析，提出了“技术推动教育变革”的核心理念，探讨了相关理念和模式的转变，并探索了海淀区智慧教育发展的技术路径。“技术推动教育变革”理念的得出为海淀区智慧教育的发展注入源源不断的动力，也为其他地区乃至全国的教育发展带来重要启示与借鉴。

Combining the current educational situation in Haidian District， analysising the development of education from the digital campus to smart campus and from smart digital education to smart education， this paper proposed the core idea named “technology-driven education change”， explore related ideas， change modes and the technology path. The “technology-driven education change” is bound to draw ideas for the development of education in Haidian District of wisdom into an endless power， also brings important implications for the development of education and learning as well as in other regions of the country.
