互联网的迅猛发展与普及应用，极大地拓展了网络舆论空间。校园网络舆情已成为高校学生信息传播和思想交流的主要方式。在分析高校网络舆情信息的含义、要素、生命周期的基础上，构建高校网络舆情信息监测管理体系模型，分析和实施模型的主要功能，建立网络舆情信息互动反馈响应体系。加强对高校校园网络舆情信息的监测和管理，对于促进和谐校园建设，具有重要的现实意义。

Rapid development and popular application of Internet， greatly expand the public opinion space of network. Campus network public opinion has become the major means of information dissemination and thought communication between the university students. Based on the analysis of the meaning， essential factor and lifecycle of university network opinion， the article brings forward education network opinion information monitor and management model， analysis and implement the main functions of the model， and set up interaction， feedback and response system about network opinion information. It has important realistic meaning to strengthen the surveillance and management of university network opinion for promoting the construction of harmonious campus.
