中文摘要 | 我国高校的教育技术组织机构,是伴随着20世纪70年代末电化教育的重新起步而诞生的。经过30多年的建设发展,教育技术组织机构为高校的教育教学改革和教育信息技术工作做出了突出贡献,功不可没。可对机构发展现状的调查发现,如今部分高校陷入机构名称设置混乱、职能定位模糊、地位被边缘化等困境。在回溯职能机构30年风雨历程及职能变迁中,文章剖析了现状问题产生的深层次原因,并试着提出当前我国高校教育技术组织机构建设的若干建议。以期能以史为鉴,推陈出新,顺应形势,借势发展。 |
英文摘要 | The organization of higher educational technology was born accompanied by the restart of the audio-visual education in 70's of the last century. In the past 30 years, the organization of educational technology has made outstanding contributions to the education of college teaching reform and education of information technology. But investigation on the current situation of the development of institutions found that today there was a problem in quite a number of institutional development, such as name set chaos, functional positioning fuzzy, marginalized status, etc. By backtracking organization 30 years process and functional changes, this study analyzes the deep reason of problems mentioned above, then try to put forward some suggestions to the current university's educational technology organization construction. It would take history as a mirror, bring innovation, adapt to the situation and gain development. |
