The development of digital technology and network technology promote the rise of mobile Internet and mobile learning. In digital reading period， people are more likely to stay in the level of shallow reading because of the explosive growth of data-information. This article elaborates how to develop a micro reader in smart phones of Android and fulfill a lot of functions， such as taking notes of knowledge points and one-touch sharing etc， which can help people enjoying the deep reading from the shallow reading.
