中文摘要 | 大学英语自主学习不仅需要学生主宰自己的学习,而且需要一套高效的管理机制,而后者在教学实践中既容易被忽视又难于操作。柔性管理突出“以人为本”,坚持“以学生为中心”,近年来已经被引入到高校管理中。针对大学英语自主学习过程中出现的问题,在三年的教学实践和调查研究的基础上,文章提出让柔性管理介入大学英语自主学习的各个阶段,可以有效地激发学生和老师自主学习的能动性,从而提高自主学习的效果。 |
英文摘要 | College English autonomous learning system not only requires the students to be the master of their study but needs an efficient management mechanism, but in the teaching practice the latter can be easily ignored and hard to be manipulated. Flexible Management highlights “People-oriented” and “Students-centered” and it has been put into the practice in the University management. Based on a three-year-long teaching with questionnaire and statistics, this paper descriptively explores the application of flexible management used in College English Autonomous Studying of non-English major students and then proposes useful model and method for the problems emerging in autonomous-studying system, thus the initiative of both the students and teachers can be aroused and the efficiency of the autonomous learning can be enhanced. |
