中美大学信息化体制及影响因素比较研究

The Comparative Study on University Informatization System and Its Influencing Factors of Sino-US

文章剖析了中美大学信息化体制的异同，并从体制创新的目的与动力、信息化发展成熟度、信息化体制建设的内外部环境等方面对比分析了影响两国大学信息化体制发展的关键因素。研究发现，我国大学信息化起步晚、跨越式发展的现实，及大学现有的科层体制惯性等因素使其创建了集权信息化体制。

The Auhtor analyzes the difference of institutional structures and operation mechanism between Sino-US University informatization system， and comparative analysis the differences of the purpose and power of institutional innovation， the maturity of the development of informatization， internal and external environment which impacted university informatization system building between Sino-US. Then the Author found that relative to the U.S.， the University informatization in China started late， the practical needs of leap-forward development ， the institution inertia by existing bureaucracy system， the centralized informatization system is decide by all these factors.
