英文摘要 | Constructing a teacher-driven quality assurance mechanism for talent training should become a university’s target. Accordingly, on the basis of mastering the characteristics of the teacher-driven quality assurance cycle,a university is expected to perform the following jobs: establishing the concept of teacher-oriented quality assurance,emphasizing the educating and teaching ability in teacher assignments,improving teachers? educating and teaching ability continuously by various means, prompting teachers to attach importance to and put efforts into teaching in the reform of the performance pay system, and introducing various incentive measures to develop a long-term mechanism for ensuring that teachers take teaching quality seriously. |
