英文摘要 | This article depicts and analyzes the development stages of faculty members7 scholarship of teaching and the strategies that foster the development There are two major parts in the paper First,three models of the development stages of the scholarship of teaching are introduced and analyzed ,and second,strategies to foster the development are discussed,with a focus on how to develop good teaching,how to improve scholarly teaching,and factors that have impacts on faculty members^ teaching. |
