高中与大学联合培养拔夫创新人才，是创新人才培养的新举措。当前高中和大学 联合培养创新人才存在一些问题，制约了联合培养的成效。为了使高中和大学联合培养创新 人才取得成效，在培养单位上，要以高中为主，依托大学资源，深化合作；在培养目标上，尊重人 才成长规律，创新人才培养普及化；在选拔方式上，科学选拔，选拔性识别和过程性识别相结 合；在师资队伍上，加强创新型教师培训，促进教师专业发展；在招生制度上，改革高考招生制 度，搭建人才衔接“立交桥” 。

As for the way of selection， we should select students scientifically， use the combination of the selective identification and the procedural identification. As for the teacher， we should enforce the training of the creative teachers， promote the professional development of the teachers . As for the enrollment system， we should reform the college entrance examination， construct the “ overpass ”。f the talent cohesion.
