中文摘要 | 教育激励对学生发展和班级管理具有重要意义,但教育激励工作的实际开展状况却不容乐观。重优生轻待优生、重眼前轻长远、重成绩轻发展、重物质轻情感等扭曲的教育激励,违反教育的基本规律,加剧了教育不公平,冲击学校的教育教学理念,加大了学校管理难度,严重扭曲学生的心理,导致了学生人格尊严缺失,抹杀学生的兴趣和积极性,不利于学生 主体性的培养。端正教育激励,学校要积极推行素质教育,避免对学生划分等级;完善教育激 励机制,避免激励盲目无序;构建多元评价体系,避免唯成绩是论;丰富教育激励方式,避免激励机械单一,鼓励学生进行自我激励,引导学生向着教育目的要求的方向前进。 |
英文摘要 | Incentive education has an important meaning to students’ development and management of class,but the practice of incentive education is not optimistic— students of good performance are paid more attention to while the rest are almost neglected,present interests are valued but the long-term interests are despised,grades are valued while development is neglected,material is taken seriously while emotion is made light of. These distorted education motivation goes against the basic law of education, intensifies the unfairness of education,impacts the teaching idea of school education,and adds difficulty to school management,which seriously distorts the students’ mental health, and leading to students’ lack of personality dignity. Moreover, it kills the students’ interests and enthusiasm ,and not conducive to the cultivation of students’ subjectivity. To rectify incentive education,schools should actively carry out quality education,avoid grading students ; besides,school should build the multiple evaluation system,thus avoiding the blindness and disorder grading system ; moreover school should perfect incentive education mechanism, avoid incentives reckless and disorderly ; schools are also supposed to enrich innovative incentive education ways, avoid mechanical and simplex incentive scheme, encourage students to motivate themselves,and guide students to go forward toward the direction of aims of education. |
