英文摘要 | High leverage practice is a key concept in recent American teacher education researches. It aims to promote teachers teaching ability through embedding some structured practices in teacher education programs. This narrative study presents a teacher education case based on high leverage practice idea in Michigan University, which showed a direct description of its process. Some related enlightenment on Chinese teacher education is also discussed in the end of this article. |
