英文摘要 | In recent five years,American Government has carried a series of measures on basic education to respond to the dilemma of No Child Out of Act and to adapt to the international competition. Four measures can promote basic education performance as promoting pre-school education, improving the standard of basic education, strengthening the faculty and investing more funds to support vulnerable groups. The following things In the reform are worthy of our attention and thinking: the crisis and sense of fair,the unity of the evaluation criteria,the regulation of financial leverage and the function of parents, communities, schools and teachers. |
