英文摘要 | The article bases on performance-orientationed research, takes in the instructional system design "connection" the principle of teaching, studies the content and the process of performance training, summarizes the achievements of performance-orientationed corporate training and instructional design principle. The research, associates the teaching the achievement and performance technology, has designed the corporate training instructional design process model and design mentality of performance-orientationed teaching. The detailed elaboration analysis to above content, provides to the reference for the corporate training in the future. |
