On National Think Tanks of Education and Their Contributions to Government Policy-makings: a Aisiting Report on Education in Australia and New Zealand

以国家教育科研机构为主的教育智库日益崛起，正在成为影响政府教育决策的重要力量。近年来，澳大利亚、新西兰两国相关教育科研机构在提高教育质量与促进教育公平方面，发挥了不可替代的功能和作用。两国教育智库对教育发展的影响表现在：构建基于标准的质量框架；促进多元文化融合教育的发展，提高教育竞争力及全方位影响政府教育决策等。

Think Tanks based on the national educational institutes are rising and becoming the main powers influencing the state educational policy- making. Recently the national educational institutes in Australia and New Zealand have started playing the irreplaceable roles in promoting the educational quality and equity. The enlightenments fromthe educational think tanks of the two countries are reflected in the followings，constructing the standards based frameworks for educational quality，stimulating the development of multi- cultural education，increasing the competiveness of education，and contributing to the decision- making of the governments.
