国外高等教育国际化策略研究进展综述

Review of Researches abroad on Strategies for Higher Education Internationalization

20世纪末以来，国际化已逐渐成为高等院校的核心战略议题和国家高等教育政策的重要维度之一。本文对国外二十多年来高等教育国际化策略研究领域的重要文献进行了综述，集中呈现了国外高等教育国际化研究的主要路径和方式，尤其是院校层面国际化策略研究的发展与源流。

Since the end of the last century，internationalization of higher education has become a key strategic issue to higher education institutions and a key dimension of national higher education policies. This paper reviews some representative literatures abroad on strategies for higher education internationalization over the last two decades，demonstrates the main research approaches in this area，especially the research development and streams at the institutional level.
