英文摘要 | The gifted and talented education has always been deemed as the model of pursuing excellence, and it is also criticized for ignoring educational fairness while pursuing excellence. Fairness and excellence seemingly contradicts each other, however, the gifted and talented education gives consideration to the fairness while pursuing excellence. It can be shown from the development of the gifted and talented education in America that besides the pursuit of excellence, educational fairness is the internal meaning of the gifted and talented education. |
