中文摘要 | 随着近年来大学生人数激增,大学英语课堂经常人满为患,使得教师因材施教有了很大的障碍,学生的学习效率难以提高。由北京外国语大学中国外语教育研究中心和外语教学与研究出版社合办的“高等学校外语学科中青年骨干教师高级研修班”为广大高校外语教师创建了一个互相学习的平台,让教师们反思自己在教学中遇到的问题,并且亲身体验有效课堂的教学与研究方法。本文首先概述了研修班的课程内容,然后阐述了笔者参加研修班的主要心得与收获,最后总结了研修学习的意义以及深远影响。 |
英文摘要 | With an increasing number of college students in China, the size of English classes has become "huge", which therefore sets barriers for English teachers to conduct effective classroom teaching. In this vein, the students' learning outcomes are negatively affected. A Short Course on Designing Cooperative Learning for the EFL Classroom has provided college English teachers with the opportunity to cooperate in groups and reflect on the issues and difficulties they encounter in teaching. Through intensive group discussion and cooperation, teachers are able to broaden their perspectives, acquire a variety of advanced teaching skills, and identify strategies to manage large classes. This paper mainly focuses on the following aspects: a review of the thought-provoking content of the short course, and the author's reflection and gains from the course. |
