迎接时代的挑战，潜心做好科研——2012“外国语言学与应用语言学学术期刊论文写作与发表研修班”综述

Embrace the challenge of the time, involve ourselves in academic research— A review of A Short Course on Writing and Publishing Papers in Journals of Linguistics and Applied Linguistics in 2012

随着各高校对科研要求的越来越高，广大教师对研究也越来越重视。但由于历史或自身的原因，英语教师，尤其是公外英语教师的科研现状还不是很令人满意。正因如此，“外国语言学与应用语言学学术期刊论文写作与发表研修班”得到了大家的由衷欢迎。本文结合自己的体会，叙述了研修的内容和获得的启发，提出了以笔者为代表的新手研究教师所面临的问题和应达到的要求。希望研修班能够唤起更多教师的研究热忱，使他们快速加入到学术研究的队伍中来。

As the institutions of higher education demand more work in terms of research, teachers have to put more attention to it. But for some historical or personal reasons, the status-quo of research for English teachers, especially the college English teachers is far from satisfactory. As a result, the Short Course on Writing and Publishing Papers in Journals of Linguistics and Applied Linguistics was warmly embraced by teacher trainees. Based on the author’s personal experience, the general content of the training course is outlined, followed by some problems and requirements for novice teacher researchers. It’s hoped that the training course of this kind will arouse their enthusiasm in research, and enable them to join in the academic discipline as soon as possible.
