英文摘要 | The model of More Effective Schools is one of the high school comprehensive reform models in the 1980's in US, it is dedicated to helping all the students to realize education goal. It concerns that the school should have a clear objective and pay attention to the classroom teaching and the teaching leadership of principal, that the teacher should keep high expectations for student achievement and carry on systematic evaluation for students, and that the positive enterprising harmonious campus culture needs to be established and the participation of both parents and community should be encouraged into school improvement. By learning from these successful running experience of effective school model, the schooling reform in our country should take the road of overall changes, setting up community for school improvement and constructing the school-based curriculum system. |
