英文摘要 | The teacher education in Finland can't succeed without the assessment on teacher performance.The assessment on teacher performance is a necessary part of teacher development. The assessment is made from society, literature and individual aspects. There are three important measures: the communication among different assessment organization, teachers' literature instruction, the change of teachers' roles and fostering researched-based teachers. All the methods give Chinese teachers a lot of enlightenment. |
