教育在转变经济增长方式中的作用

The Role of Education in Changing the Economic Growth Model

全国政协文史和学习委员会副主任, 北京大学教育学院教授, 博士本文从三个方面阐述了教育在转变经济增长方式中的作用。一是通过大力发展教育事业,提高教育水平,增强我国的自主创新能力, 从而实现从投资驱动向创新驱动转变的发展模式。二是通过增加教育投资, 提高我国人力资本的数量和质量,从而为我国实现产业结构升级莫定必要的基拙。三是优化教育资源配里, 以教育公平促进社会会平和经济收入分配的公平, 尤其是提高经济弱势群体的收入, 从而为通过扩大国内居民的消费需求, 促进经济增长创造条件。文章最后强调, 要实现教育在转变经济增长方式中的作用, 最根本的是要大力提高我国的教育质量。

This paper is to analyze the role of education in changing China's economic growth model. The first is to strengthen our own innovation capacity through the development and improvement of education, thus changing the economic growth from investment driven to innovation driven. The second is to enlarge the quantity and improve the quality of our human capital through education investment, so as to establish necessary foundation for upgrading economic structure. The third is to promote income equality through more balanced resource allocation for education equity and upward social and economic mobility, in order to expand domestic private demand for economic growth. Finally, it is emphasized that the key for education to achieve its role in changing the economic growth model in china is to raise the quality of itself.
