改革开放以来, 我国基础教育的学校变革是在政策的引领下不断向前推进的。基础教育的学校变革已经取得明显的政策成效, 但也遭遇着政策问题与政策困惑。制约和影响基础教育学校变革的力量与因素是多样的, 也是综合的。促进基础教育学校变革, 需要完善政策的制定与执行。

China has made great achievements in school refonn under the guidance of basic education policies. However, there are still many issues hindering the development of basic education reform. Factors influencing school refonn are various and comprehensive. The improvement of policy fonnulation and implementation is needed to promote school refonn in basic education.
