新殖民主义视阈下的比较教育研究

Comparative Education Research in the Perspective of Neocolonialism

新殖民主义旨在解释旧殖民统治体系瓦解后发达国家与发展中国家之间依旧存在的不平等、不合理的国际关系。比较教育研究中的新殖民主义呼吁加强对欠发达地区或第三世界的教育研究,从而拓宽了比较教育研究的视野;其依附论和世界体系理论的分析框架对于研究"不发达国家"的教育问题也有着重要意义。基于对新殖民主义的反思和批判,有必要引入后殖民主义的思维方式,以期更有效地奠定比较教育研究中多元论述的基础。

Neocolonialism explains the inequality and unreasonable relationship between developed and developing countries after the collapse of the old colonial ruling system. In comparative education,neocolonialism calls for strengthening the study of education in underdeveloped areas,which broaden the vision of research. The analytical framework of the dependency theories and world system theories has inspiration to analyze the education problems of the developing countries. Based on the reflection and criticism of neocolonialism,it is necessary to bring in the thinking mode of post-colonialism to establish the foundation of multi-discussion in comparative education.
