中文摘要 | 医学教育专业认证制度和医学教育既对立又统一。医学教育驱动、促进了专业认证制度的形成和完善,而专业认证制度又维护、保障了医学教育的质量。本文以美英两国医学教育阶段作为线索,以医学教育专业认证制度作为研究对象,将其进行比较分析,并借鉴克拉克的"三角协调模式"理论,创立市场一政府双因子博弈作用的"坐标模型",以期对美国弱政府强市场型的医学教育专业认证制度和英国弱市场强政府型的专业认证制度做出合理解释。 |
英文摘要 | There exists a unity of opposites between medical education accreditation and medical education: Medical education promotes the fonnation and perfection of the accreditation institution, while the accreditation institution ensures the high quality of medical education. The paper takes all stages of medical education as clue, the accreditation institution as research object, to make a comparative analysis between United States and United Kingdom. Meanwhile, drawing on Clark's "triangular coordination mode" theory, the article puts forward the coordinate model based on the game between government and market, in a bid to make a reasonable explanation for American market-oriented model and British government-oriented model. |
