中文摘要 | 我国正处在基础教育的高峰期,新教师在许多学校所占的比例越来越大。新教师的加入,为学校的发展补充了新鲜的血液,增添了学校教育教学的活力。但新教师在入职初期会面临许多困难,新教师遭遇的困境不仅使教师队伍的稳定性受到影响,而且也不利于教师的专业成长。帮助新教师有效地解决这些问题,使其走出困境、迅速进入教师角色,显得迫切而意义重大。本文采用质的研究方法对一位小学新教师进行了深度访谈,通过对个案的研究,分析了小学新教师入职适应性问题的原因并提出了加强新教师入职适应性的策略。 |
英文摘要 | Our country is in the peak period of elementary education , the proportion of new teachers in many schools is more and more large. New teachers join the school to add fresh blood to school' s development , and to add the vitality to the school' s education and teaching as well. But new teachers will face many difficulties at the beginning of the entry. Difficulties of new teachers not only influence the stability of teachers' team , but also go against to teachers' professional development. It is urgent and significant that we help new teachers solve these problems effectively in order to make them out of the difficulties and quickly into the teacher's role. this paper conducted in-depth interviews with a new primary school teacher by using the method of the qualitative research. Through the research of individual case , This paper analyzes the reason of problems in new teachers' adaptability to teaching post in primary school , and puts forward some strategies to strengthen the new teachers' adaptability. |
