英文摘要 | This paper is based on the adaptive classroom teaching evaluation,we developed a set of evaluation indicators and standard of classroom teaching,those indicators are teacher-oriented and designed by teacher themselves. We collected evaluation data about 2 public classes of primary school from 94 teachers to test the reliability and validity of the instrument. The findings show that this instrument has a high level of internal consistency and construct validity. |
