中文摘要 | "学校故事学"是探究学校校园内外的故事之价值与其应用的一套理论体系。学校校园内外充满故事,这些校园内部与外部的故事组合成学校的整体面貌与形象。透过校园故事的流传,社会大众对学校能有更深刻的认识,学校内部人员也可能会受到外部故事的正向影响。"学校故事学"理论基础的相关理论,包括:诠释学、叙事学、隐喻学、组织文化、移情同理与投射认同,以及美学等,透过这些理论基础,故事经常被运用于学校的许多方面,领导者运用故事传递价值观,发挥领导与影响力之效能,进行故事领导;教学者透过故事教学,将故事融入教学素材与方法之中,增加学习者的兴趣与注意力;学校人员透过学校故事,营销学校品牌与形象;培训者透过范例故事,进行学校教育人才之培训;教育研究者透过故事及叙说进行教育研究等。"学校故事学"概念与理论的发展,在教育研究领域中仍属于起始阶段,需要更多研究者的探究与关注。 |
英文摘要 | "School-Story Theory"is a theoretical system of exploring the values and the available applications of stories inside and outside schools.There are many stories inside and outside schools,which make up the school image.The public may have better understanding of schools and school staff may be positively impacted by the stories outside schools through the spread of school stories.The theoretical bases of "School-Story Theory"include hermeneutics,narratology,metaphor,organizational culture,empathy and projective identification and aesthetics.Based on these theories,stories are often applied to different aspects of school:school leaders use stories to lead by transmitting values and exerting leadership and influences;teachers use stories to teach by integrating stories in teaching materials and approaches and thus increasing the learners'interest and attention;school staff use stories to market school brand and image;trainers use exemplified stories to train school teachers;education researchers use stories and narratives to conduct educational research.The development of the concept of"School-Story Theory"is still at a beginning stage.It needs more researchers to study and concern with. |
