培養新世紀大學生的關鍵能力

The Development of University Student's Key Competencies in The New Century

本文旨在探討培養新世紀大學生核心能力的問題。全文除前言與結論外，主要分三個部分。首先強調高等教育的首要任務在於培養大學生的核心競爭力，並說明核心能力的意涵，或稱關鍵能力，或稱競爭力，或稱就業力，皆係指能培養大學生具有突出表現的即時就業能力和可持續發展的能力；其次，剖析大學生應有的關鍵能力，就國際組織與各國之間的相關研究加以探討；最後提出培養大學生競爭力的策略，供各界參考。

This paper aims at discussing the development of university student’s key competencies in the new century. In the first of the three parts, it explains the significance of key competency, or core competency, or employability skills. Secondly, it analyzes relevant research for key competencies of international organizations and several countries; and finally, this paper part forward some strategies to develop university student's key competencies.
