澳洲幼兒教育與照顧人力培育之探討

An Investigation on Preparation of Early Childhood Education and Care Workforce in Australia

本研究之目的在探討澳洲目前幼兒教育與照顧人力培育的作法。本研究主要採取文件分析法以蒐集、整理、分析與歸納所獲得的研究資料。所蒐集到的研究資料係運用持續比較法之質性文本分析從事資料的處理。研究結果係從澳洲幼兒教育與照顧現況、幼兒教育與照顧人力培育政策、幼兒教育與照顧人力培育制度分別加以論述。最後並討論澳洲在幼兒教育與照顧、人力培育政策及制度上的特色或與台灣相異之處。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the current practice of preparing early childhood education and care workforce in Australia. Documentary analysis was employed to collect, organize, analyze, and generalize the obtained data. The qualitative textual analysis of constant comparison methods was used to treat the collected data. The results of study were presented on the issues of Australian current status of early childhood education and care, workfore preparation policy of early childhood education and care, and workfore preparation system of early childhood education and care, respectively. Finally, the features of Australian early childhood education and care, workfore preparation policy and system, as well as differences compared with Taiwan, were discussed in the study.
