現階段高中國際教育的評析與展望

An Analysis and Prospect on Current High School International Education

本文介紹國際教育政策推動的理念願景與目標，歸納整理高中推動國際教育的現況，並比較政策理想與實務推動面間之落差，最後提出高中學校未來推動國際教育應努力的方向，包括學校應深化交流活動的內涵、提升教育人員國際素養、研發國際學習之學校本位課程、籌措國際教育經費與人力的資源與強化教師外國語文能力。

This paper introduces the goal and prospect of the policy of international education. Byreviewing the current situation of promoting high school international education andcomparing the gap between the ideal and reality of existing policy enactment, the authorsuggests several aspects for further improvement, such as a more in-depth organization ofexchange activities, the international literacy cultivation of educational staff, the researchand development of school-based international education curriculum, the support of financialas well as human resources, and the enhancement of foreign language proficiency of ourteachers.
