英文摘要 | Through interviews with dropout students and continuing students, the researchers found that dropout students face more unfavorable conditions for learning than learners at a disadvantage. The key elements affecting distance learners drop out of school may include time conflict between work and study, economic pressure, low self-study, as well as learning difficulties. All of these are not mutually independent but closely linked with each other. The authors then give policy suggestions based on their findings. |
