地方課程與教學輔導團專業診斷與輔導模式建構之研究

A Study on The Construction about a Model of Diagnosing and Counseling for Consultants of Compulsory Education Advisory Group of Cuirriculum and Instruction on Conuty Level

本研究旨在探究地方課程與教學輔導團之專業輔導與診斷模式，研究採半結構式訪談、焦點團體訪談等方法。本研究之主要研究結果為：一、國民中小學有關課程與教學輔導需求之內容，大致包括「政策、課程、教學、評量、示範分享，以及研習規劃」；二、地方課程與教學輔導團專業診斷與輔導模式為「問」、「想」、「做」、「得」、「思」等五大歷程模式，歷程之下共包含六大步驟。其次，根據研究發現，本研究提出如下建議：一、根據本輔導需求之內容，進行各領域輔導需求與需求調查工具的探究；二、進行整體性實踐，理解診斷與輔導模式之適切性與實用性；三、輔導人才專業化，促進課程與教學輔導之功效；四、實施深化協作模式，提升整體課程與教學輔導之效能；五、進行量化實徵研究，建構更完整之輔導與診斷模式。

The main purpose of this paper was to explore and construct the model of diagnosing and counseling for consultants of compulsory education advisory group for curriculum and instruction on county level. This study employed semi-structured interview and focus group interview methods. The main findings of this study were as follows: (1) The needs of counseling for curriculum and instruction were: policy, curriculum, instruction, assessment, modeling and sharing, workshop planning and so on ; (2) The model of diagnosing and counseling for consultants of curriculum and instruction consisted of five phases that had respective significance. According to the research findings, this study proposes several suggestions for implementation and further study.
