中文摘要 | 我国农村中小学教师信息技术教学能力与城市教师相比呈现出较大的差别,教师不仅在信息技术技能掌握上相对滞后,其教学行为和观念发展间有一定的不同步性。调研数据显示这些差别与农村中小学管理制度建设滞后、信息技术应用模式单一以及某些信息技术产品门槛设置较高,普及性差等原因有关。为了促进农村中小学教师教育技术能力跨越式发展,弥合城乡差异,研究认为完善与信息化革新配套的制度建设、改进教学信息化产品的针对性、降低使用技术门槛和成本是可以尝试的改进策略。 |
英文摘要 | Compared with urban teachers, the rural teachers in primary and secondary schools showed big differences in the teaching
ability of information technology. Besides, the mastery of the rural teachers in information technology skills was lagged behind comparatively. There was also a certain degree of asynchronization between the development of their teaching behavior and attitudes. Survey data showed that these differences were caused by un-developed management system, the single application model of information technology, as well as the high threshold and the poor popularity of some information technology products. It is necessary to promote the educational technology ability of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools and minimize the urban-rural differences. Several feasible solutions were suggested in this paper such as supporting the innovation of management system, improving the pertinence of educational information technology products, and lowering the threshold and cost of the use of technology. |
