英文摘要 | In Japan, The research on school principal qualification rose in the 1980s and has come into focus on the practicality and individuality, changing from the interests in institution and history. This paper divides the research on school principal qualification into three types and makes a brief reviewto illustrate their achievements and tendency. It ends with some reflection on future Chinese research on school principal qualification. |
